They make terrific third wave coffee, my favorite shop in the cities. They always have a unique single origin espresso available, and their selection of whole bean single origin coffees available from roasters around the world is second to none. The beans are always super fresh, and they really prioritize excellent roasters who limit roast defects and emphasize high quality light and medium roasts. This FRGMNT location is beautiful. The space is very open and inviting, just like all their other locations, with plenty of different seating options so everyone can get comfortable. The interior design is stunning and the fireplace adds a cozy touch. It's always packed no matter the time of day, which shows how popular it is. Unfortunately, the coffee has been consistently disappointing for me. For such a great space, the drinks just don't match the atmosphere. Service has also been a letdown. It feels rushed and transactional, and the staff does not come across as very friendly or welcoming,

Overall it was good, the space is visually appealing, but there is a loud buzz that makes me wonder if I am going insane. They forgot one coffee. They used the wrong milk and more. Still worth going to... test your sanity with milk roulette.
