The interior design is stunning and the fireplace adds a cozy touch. It's always packed no matter the time of day, which shows how popular it is. Unfortunately, the coffee has been consistently disappointing for me. For such a great space, the drinks just don't match the atmosphere. Service has also been a letdown. It feels rushed and transactional, and the staff does not come across as very friendly or welcoming,
