I went to this location and they overcharged me for something I told him I didn't want, I ordered for done in and I ordered almost 90 dollars worth of food. Thirty minutes later they haven't even started on our food and have no idea about my order. I had submitted a review 7 months ago and had to delete specifically due to the visit that we just had on Tuesday, 3/18. Specifically, this visit, when we pulled in the manager was outside just chit chatting with someone at their car instead of being inside delegating their team. He came back inside just after we had placed our order. It took us about 7-8 minutes before we got our food due to slow service. Takes a MINIMUM of 30 minutes to get through the drive thru even if you place your order online, no matter if you are the only customer. Employees are EXTREMELY rude and get my order wrong EVERY single time. do better.
