Dulce Monroy★I went to this location and they overcharged me for something I told him I didn't want, I ordered for done in and I ordered almost 90 dollars worth of food. Thirty minutes later they haven't even started on our food and have no idea about my order. They then start to make it and get the order wrong and we didn't even get our drinks until I basically called for the managers attention since he was the one doing our service. The manager took no accountability for it and blamed his workers. The worker in the back was far more helpful, knowledgeable, and polite than he was. And once I corrected my

Specifically, this visit, when we pulled in the manager was outside just chit chatting with someone at their car instead of being inside delegating their team. He came back inside just after we had placed our order. It took us about 7-8 minutes before we got our food due to slow service.
