Haven't been here in a while, years actually, the place did not appear well maintained. We were seated in a booth, ordered our food and a roach crawls up on our table. We switched tables but the staff did not appear concerned. Our server was no problem and did a good job. Definitely management issues. Adios Applebee's.

Applebees has really gone down the drain. The workers chill in the middle of the floor, drinking, laughing, and playing. My server was a male and was very mellow. When our appetizer came out, we ordered spinach dip and we had a fry in our chips and the chips were crumbled up really small. when the food came out, I ordered loaded mashed potatoes. I got cheese ONLY. No Sprinkle on the top of the mashed potatoes, no bacon bits , no chives, no sour cream. sooooo What am I paying an additional two dollar up-charge for? he brought me some bacon bits in a small cup… we felt like our server constantly

If you ever want to stop and grab a bite to eat in Montgomery, then I highly recommend finding another place. The burger i order did not come out as I requested. The burger was not at all appetizing in the least. The waitress was pleasant and that pat of service was great, but the kitchen needs and overhaul.

Worst experience I have ever had with Applebees. Traveling from out of state and Applebees on mine and my families mind. Waiter had attitude and nothing good to say! The only excellent part was the quality of food and how great the food taste!
