I was honestly disappointed with the food here today. Not only that but the silverware placed at my table was already opened and dirty then when my waitress brought back my queso comuputeso it was only regular queso. I understand that that is the kitchens fault and my server was not only beautiful but attentive and corrected every problem that I observed. The Tacos Al Carbon are actually pretty bland but the guacamole is some of the best around and the Tres Leches Cake is magnificent. I come here quite a bit and always enjoy chuys! Tonight definitely was a top tier experience! Byron(I believe was his name) was our server tonight and he was super polite and attentive! Took the time to chat with us, but also made sure we had everything we needed and more! Thank you Byron for the great service!

It was ok the first time we tried it out ,I guess when I wont Mexican I wont Mexican and if I wont American I wont american.I dont really like them combined.Thats just us.But everyone I know loves this place and has went on about it for years.The staff was awsome .

The server was very poliet and attentive. However she smelled heavily of cigar. It would linger even after she left the table for a bit. My husband who cant smell most things was very expressive about it. Then our fajitas came and the meat was very tough like it was cooked from frozen or something. The vegetables were pretty much just onions. The rest was delicious, the dip is always good. Today was just not a strong day for them. We have been many times before with zero issues.
