I used to go to the McDonald’s in Newton, but because of Yiselle, I now come to the McDonald’s in Needham on Chestnut Street and it’s absolutely worth it. Yiselle truly personalizes my experience every single time. She greets me by name, knows my order, and makes it perfectly each visit. She goes far beyond just doing a job. closes earlier than the scheduled closing time, had already placed my order online and have to wait 7-10days to get refunded. if you shut the grills off and refuse to make orders before the scheduled closing time, the closing time should be adjusted so people don’t place and pay for orders and drive all the way there just to be told they won’t be served.

So dirty inside! All the tables had either drinks spilled, ketchup splattered or crumbs all over. Floors were sticky also. I sat down in their dining room to eat, and the table i was sitting at, I had to clean with napkins. Everything just grossed me out. There was so many of them in the kitchen, just standing and two employees also sitting down, in the dining area also, while they were on their phones. So it’s not like they were busy. One of the cleaner McDonalds you'll ever visit. They do make very rare errors though, so should double check your food before you leave/sit down to eat.
