Clean building, nice staff. I ordered ahead of time for 8 people, twice in a month. Both times my food was ready and the staff helped me carry everything out to the truck and we're super nice about it. No upset tummies afterwards, I'll call that a win for Fast Food.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION! I WILL TELL YOU WHY! (This review was placed 4 months ago, as of 11/26/24. This is an edit to my original review). i placed an online order for a breakfast deal: 2 croissant MEALS (including drinks & hash browns). the young lady working drive thru & counter was very nice and made the experience totally worth it but i CANNOT say the same about her manager or restaurant manager, whoever she is. i wish i had gotten her name but she has gray hair and is clearly a manager of some level. first, i didn’t even receive my hash browns until i looked & confronted her. then

Please review your food safety standards… went on Thursday 1/22 around 4pm. Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers with fries and drink. Not sure what made me terribly sick, I’m guessing the burgers since they were lukewarm. I ate them anyways because I didn’t want to drive back. I’ve been projectile vomiting all night since 30 minutes after I ate. I was fine all day before that happened.

I had a very disappointing experience at Burger King in New Lenox. The managers, Liz and Edgar, handled a simple situation terribly. Their payment system was not working properly, and my tap would not go through. Instead of helping, they kept insisting the issue was my phone. I even tried another option — I called my son and showed them my card from my phone, but they refused. I even offered to pay through Zelle just so I could get my food, and they actually laughed at me instead of trying to help. That was extremely unprofessional. I had already ordered bacon burgers with fries for about $15
