Liz Dorado★Please review your food safety standards… went on Thursday 1/22 around 4pm. Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers with fries and drink. Not sure what made me terribly sick, I’m guessing the burgers since they were lukewarm. I ate them anyways because I didn’t want to drive back. I’ve been projectile vomiting all night since 30 minutes after I ate. I was fine all day before that happened.
Jasmine Kiani★I had a very disappointing experience at Burger King in New Lenox. The managers, Liz and Edgar, handled a simple situation terribly. Their payment system was not working properly, and my tap would not go through. Instead of helping, they kept insisting the issue was my phone. I even tried another option — I called my son and showed them my card from my phone, but they refused. I even offered to pay through Zelle just so I could get my food, and they actually laughed at me instead of trying to help. That was extremely unprofessional. I had already ordered bacon burgers with fries for about $15
