this experience at Long John Silver’s was honestly disappointing. We paid $22 for two meals, including drinks, and they didn’t even have any drinks available—yet still charged for them. That alone is frustrating, but it didn’t stop there. The food quality was not what you’d expect for the price. It looked thrown together, overly greasy, and just didn’t feel fresh. The fries were soggy, and the overall presentation made it hard to even enjoy the meal. On top of that, the condition of the restaurant itself was not great. My daughter and I were greeted warmly. Haley took our order. We ordered chicken planks to go and 2 chicken plank dinners to eat in. Haley and Angie came over to our table to introduce themselves. We talked about bit between them taking other people's orders. We saw Angie helping a disabled elderly lady to her car with her order. Very wonderful experience. Very good food. This place needs a big pat on the back for their friendliness and service to their customers.

Cole slaw tasted like finger nail polish remover...🤷🏻‍♂️...but fish and chicken was awesome! I'm liking the new-ish waffle fries because they tend to be super crispy, like I like. Better than Chick-fil-A, imo.

12/4 Was in the area doing a lil shopping and decided to order some lunch/dinner since they were closest to where I was. I absolutely love Long John Silver's, but there's never been one in close proximity to me. So to get access and a good deal was a win-win. Not!! Got home only for me and Mom to eat kinda hard hush puppies, waffle fries basically were bricks and green beans with a hint of spice. A complete waste of time to order online and $13. A slap the face reminder of why I just rather cook at home or stick to the takeout that I have easy access to. Disappointing to say the least 😮‍💨
