Ferlandy Figueroa★★★The food at Pollo Campero was good and met expectations. Unfortunately, the dining experience was very uncomfortable because of the temperature inside the restaurant. We visited at 8:46 PM, and the air conditioning was set so cold that it felt like it was around 50°F inside. It was extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to enjoy our meal and spend quality time with our family. I understand that air conditioning is important for customer comfort, but in this case it was excessive. I hope management can adjust the temperature to provide a more pleasant dining experience for their guests

The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and incredibly juicy on the inside, packed with flavor in every bite. The sides were just as delicious especially the beans and coleslaw which complemented the meal perfectly.
