Ferlandy Figueroa★★★The food at Pollo Campero was good and met expectations. Unfortunately, the dining experience was very uncomfortable because of the temperature inside the restaurant. We visited at 8:46 PM, and the air conditioning was set so cold that it felt like it was around 50°F inside. It was extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to enjoy our meal and spend quality time with our family. I understand that air conditioning is important for customer comfort, but in this case it was excessive. I hope management can adjust the temperature to provide a more pleasant dining experience for their guests

The sides were just as delicious especially the beans and coleslaw which complemented the meal perfectly.
