I felt immediately welcomed when I stepped inside. This place has a cozy vibe and the the owner is lovely. The sandwiches and empanadas were delicious! The mate lattes were unique and refreshing. My partner found the first caffeine drink he actually likes so that’s saying a lot. Also, this place is reasonably priced which is rare. They deserve all the support and business. Mate Conmigo is an absolute hidden gem! Everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care. You can truly feel the warmth of this beautiful Argentinian family-owned spot from the moment you walk in. I ordered the peach yerba mate tea and it was AMAZING so fresh, earthy, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. My friend got the mango strawberry mate and was obsessed with it too! We also tried the potato, broccoli, and cauliflower empanada and WOW… absolutely to die for. The flavors were rich, comforting, and perfectly cooked. And the dulce de leche treat was the perfect sweet

I have been wanting to check out this cafe for a while. My wife and I had their lavender mate latte and a slice of the ricotta cake to start off. Both were delicious! We talked with the owner, Gabi, and she explained the history of yerba mate and how it is traditionally made. She made us felt like we belonged there. We enjoyed two empanadas (chicken and beef) that were fantastic! The ambiance was great also. It was lively, but it was not too loud. It is a small cafe with about five tables. It is worth going there to support a local business and to enjoy excellent food and drinks.
