The birria potatoes are hands down the most delicious meal I have had in a long time. I came for the prelaunch when Xaliscos first opened, the experience was great, food was really good and it was an overall great experience. Tonight’s meal felt elevated and you can see the growth Xaliscos has made. I have not had anything from the menu I didn’t like, the drink list feels overwhelming at first but after reading it over and seeing the options you’re sure to find a drink you’ll like. Vilma was our server! Very attentive on our drinks and food. The food was amazing! We were referred here by a friend, and it didn't disappoint! 100 stars! Update: we just visited today, and it was just as fantastic. Our server was Stephanie if I recall correctly, she said she worked here over a year. Delicious! Also if you have a birthday here, they literally set a fire for you! (All while playing 50 cents birthday song)

We had the best experience at Xalisco today. We had two tacos (birria and asada/chorizo), two tamales (pork and poblanos and cheese) and guacamole. The poblanos tamale was unbelievable. Order it! Our server, Vilma, even noticed it was my birthday when she scanned my ID but didn’t acknowledge it. Later her and a colleague came out with a song playing and a cake with a sparkler in it. It was so sweet. Great food, great service! We will be back, for sure.
