I came for the prelaunch when Xaliscos first opened, the experience was great, food was really good and it was an overall great experience. Tonight’s meal felt elevated and you can see the growth Xaliscos has made. I have not had anything from the menu I didn’t like, the drink list feels overwhelming at first but after reading it over and seeing the options you’re sure to find a drink you’ll like. The poblanos tamale was unbelievable. Order it! Our server, Vilma, even noticed it was my birthday when she scanned my ID but didn’t acknowledge it. Later her and a colleague came out with a song playing and a cake with a sparkler in it. It was so sweet. Great food, great service! We will be back, for sure.
