Second time to Changs Wok and I couldn't be happier! Tonite I ordered the Mongolian beef and subbed rice for lo mein. So FREAKING good! The beef and mushrooms were delicious. The beef, super tender, very nice protein to veggie ratio. The lo mein was a perfect substitute but if you love rice go for it. I imagine it's just as good. Also added a side of crab rangoon and pork egg rolls. Both were fresh, hot and delicious. I forgot to add a side of spicy mustard and cup of sweet and sour.
