Kinzetta Harris★★★This was my first time dining at Hiro 88. While the restaurant is a beautiful place, the food did not impress me. I frequently go to Blue Sushi but wanted to try something different, unfortunately this did not live up to my expectations. The house Sparkling was my favorite part of my visit 😂 who doesn't love a cheap glass of wine? But the Lettuce Chicken Wrap was underwhelming compared to the same dish I would order at Blue. The flavors weren't there. I told the waitress I didn't like my food, she said she would tell the manager but couldn't make any promises to get it taken off the bill, COO
Anea Woods★★★While I absolutely loved the service and food. I don’t think you really get your bang for your buck. Very small portions. I spent $79 before a cash rip of 25% 6 tiny pieces for each sushi roll. Appetizers were the best I’ve had! At least the crab Rangoon! I would eat here again. But maybe once I’m rich.
Kristina Ly★★To start with positives, the cooked sushi was decent and the waiter was lovely. I would say the sashimi platter was disappointing especially if we at paying a lot for a plate. Sashimi slices should not be this thick. It was like biting into a steak. They weren’t cut properly too displayed in the photo. Also, the texture was way too slimy as I seemed to not be fresh. It wasn’t prepared properly either as in the photo I had to spit out a piece after I found a fish scale in one of the pieces.
Joey Harker★★Overall, good place, food i would say 7.5 service horrible. I think it might have been because our waitress was training another waitress. Usually at restaurants, they bring you your food, and before you can take your first bite, they're asking you, how is everything? Well, they brought us our food and didn't see them again until the bill came, didn't come by. For refills on our drinks didn't ask us how our food was didn't ask if we need anything else. About fifteen minutes later they came by with the bill. Very disappointed with the service food was good, atmosphere was awesome. I don't know
