Always love goin there. Other than the fact I spend too much lol. Love that they have a huge variety of books, but also other things aaaand the lil café! Prices are very reasonable and staff was friendly and helpful! Came home with 2 new books BOGO 1/2 off aaand 2 "fidgets", a squeeze type gooshy ball and magnets. Helps my anxiety!

SO thankful that this place thrives overall I LOVE it. Although the other day the SALE signage can be a bit of a BAIT and SWITCH. We grabbed a book off a table that had a 1/2 off sale sign on it but none of the books were valid in the sale. NOT OKAY! People assume if it is a featured table w a sign that those books are a part of it. Sales lady was VERY rude about it too. Normally I have have had very nice customer service there. Wish I would have grabbed her name.

0 stars if possible, imagine employees laughing about selling all their pokemon cards to scalpers. There are kids that can't even get one pack at your store or even some figures or books because your people are backdooring to re sellers. What a great holiday spirit coming from this store. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Was very surprised at the time it was still open due to having to dodge various buckets and garbages used as collection apparatuses for the water leaking from the ceiling. There was lots of areas leaking and noticeable ceiling tiles that were bulging from water being pooled. I felt bad for the employees as I know it is not their responsibility to keep up the maintenance of the building. They were trying best to keep books safe by placing some shelving units with plastic covering but moisture can still get in. Think they may be best off moving outside the mall location and completely remodeling
