Everything else is honestly five stars all of the individuals that work here and work in the café are awesome. But I want to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the fact that this Barnes & Noble Café has essentially become a homeless shelter and smells absolutely horrible throughout the entire cafe. I encountered a young man who clearly views his job as a personal prison sentence. ​Effort Level: Below zero. Asking for help felt like I was asking him to donate a kidney. ​Competence: He couldn't find a book that was supposedly in stock. It takes a special kind of "talent" to be surrounded by information and still remain completely useless. ​Attitude: Smug, lazy, and completely checked out.
