I am writing to share an unpleasant experience I had at your drive-thru about a week ago. I came through the drive-thru to pick up a DoorDash order. After getting the order, I politely asked a female employee if I could have a small cup of water while I was still at the window. She refused and told me I had to go back to the end of the drive-thru line and pay for it. The line was very long and full of cars at that time. I was surprised by her attitude because I only asked for a small cup of water and I was not asking for anything free with my meal. As a driver who brings business to your res

I would give 0. Food grade machine oil Grease all over water bottles. They have the worst fries. Other occasion: They had nobody in line and said they could not take a walk through order in the drive through line. I had my service dog with me so I asked I dogs were allowed inside, “no but you could tie up the dog”. Not doing that, took way to long to say no, just take walk through orders from the drive through! Place is allergic to making money too as they say they are open for one whole hour that they are not in the mornings. If you need that time for prep then don’t say you are open. You

Ordered dine in at 7 pm 20 minutes later no food. I went up to the counter and asked they gave my food right away, Luke warm. No apologies, no nothing just kept on moving to next order. First time to McDonald’s in a while. It will be a much much much longer time before I even think about it again.

This is the 10th and last time now. This McDonalds is BEYOND awful. From 2/3rds of the employees being rude and incompetent to the food just NEVER being right and at this point, I think it's blatant. My kids wanted no onions on their burgers and that's what the slips even say but each burger has a deliberate amount of onions on the bottom buns. Every burger. The line is always so long and the wait is always at least 10+ minutes so it's never even worth going in or back through the line because the staff will be down right rude to you.
