I go to every other Dennys in Ventura county and this has to be the best Dennys I have been too! Not sure if their recipes are different in all Dennys but this one cooked my food perfectly especially for it being a T-bone steak it was amazing. I come here for my pancakes and I think they’re always cooked so perfectly unlike other places I’ve been too. This is my 3rd time coming and I have to say the service is amazing the morning crew has great service and get things quick for you definitely recommend coming 😊

Unfortunately every time I order pick up or delivery for this place over half the order will be missing or is wrong. Instead of issuing the money back they ask you to go back or give you credit for food which is such a time waster. Eating there is no problem I would not recommend delivery or pick up orders. The manager was unwillingly to give refund back until I emphasized if I could drive to the restaurant I would not have ordered delivery. Let’s be rational here. Currently still waiting for the refund on order I did not receive !

I went here after work on Sat night. The service was horrible. The server forgot my coffee and food order. Their was 2 tables seated before, then a rush of about 30 people and 10 table sat. I had been there now 30 minutes and 20 of the 30 people got their food before me. I asked where is my food, the server said its coming up now. About 20 minutes later my food came up. I asked for the owners name and number, they refused to give me his name, but they gave me the GM name and number. The service was horrible, food was over cooked, the whole experience was horrible.
