Today's deal was double protein being no extra charge. The catch is that you have to order on the app and use promo code "PROTEIN". I reluctantly ordered on the app hoping that this restaurant would give me what I ordered. Sure enough, when I get home, I just got a regular bowl with no double protein. I feel Chipotle tricked me into spending money making me believe that this was a great deal. This restaurant cheated me also reinforces the stigma that Chipotle's portion size is still not proportional to what we pay as a consumer. I recently had a very disappointing experience at one of your Chipotle locations regarding a pickup order, and I feel it needs to be addressed by corporate management. I placed an order for pickup and arrived at the restaurant to retrieve it. When I walked in, I stood patiently near the pickup area while the manager was preparing orders. Despite clearly seeing me waiting, she never acknowledged me, greeted me, or asked if I needed assistance. Horrible management! I ordered a quesadilla for my baby and she wanted one onion on it . Manager Ruby interrupted the nice young man and told me that has to be my side . I have never heard of that in years of purchasing chipotle . She refused to give me corporates information or her name however I will be escalating this horrible experience to corporate. Anyone being rude while ordering kids meals shouldn’t be a manager !

It’s very annoying to see how stingy these workers are here at the Livingston location like they pay for protein or what not. We’re customers and at the end of the day we spending our money but get no customer satisfaction with how they serve our food. Double scoop of rice but a little scoop of chicken. And the the line workers give you dirty looks when customers complaint. Ya need to do better and stop acting like you guys buy things off ya money. Tighten up.
