It didn't take long to get seated on a busy night. They were organized and I appreciated that with the amount of people in there. I am not sure what was up with my server. I felt like she disappeared to do another job in the back and never returned.

Ordered loaded mash potatoes with bacon and cheese, didn’t get it. Order a lemonade, they gave me strawberry lemonade instead. Also ordered two baked potatoes but plain potatoes, not even cut. They did not feel like working tonight. I even called and only thing they offered was a $5 credit. $103 down the drain.

My family and I have been to this location multiple times in the past, but our experience tonight was beyond exceptional. We celebrated my grandmother’s 82nd birthday, and our server Larry made sure everything was perfect for her and we were well taken care of. Everyone’s steak was prepared exactly as we wanted, and of course the Bloomin’ Onion was yum as usual. What really made the evening superb was the wonderful manager Ms. Jennifer.
