Had a hard time with the lady in there Lesly always had great service and amazing food and I come here all the time but when she made my order she refused to add more vegetables to my sandwich even though I asked multiple times and made me feel uncomfortable for having to ask again and again putting only one onion on the sandwich after the second time I asked. Told me that management told them they could only give so much vegetables I’ve never had this problem and hope they can fix this because I love coming here.

Our sandwich artist was Curtis and he was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. I’ve noticed at other locations the sandwich artist doesn’t care to grab the fresh veggies and I get some nasty soggy cucumbers and tomatoes etc. Curtis went out of his way to run to the back and get some fresh tomatoes because the ones at the bottom were smooshed. He even reminded me about my oil and vinegar by asking me at the end if I wanted any. Which nobody else has ever done at subway btw. Great friendly guy. 10/10 recommend stopping here for a bite. The sandwiches are very delicious! Even for half foot long, its still enough to fill up 4 out of 5 of my family without paying too much. The Italian sandwich is delicious! The veggies, the meat, and the sauces are all good well together with the sandwich! The staff are nice when they help with the order and the service isnt that long at all. Very nice indeed!

This evening, my children and I visited a Subway location with the intention of satisfying a craving for a tuna sub. Unfortunately, the experience we had at the first store was extremely disappointing and concerning in terms of customer service. Upon entering the store, the atmosphere immediately felt unwelcoming. The employee on duty, Michelle, was preoccupied with cleaning and restocking containers. We patiently waited—approximately 15 minutes—without interrupting her, even though she did not acknowledge us during that time. Eventually, she asked for our order. I requested a tuna sub on It
