Union has the best espresso tonic in the area! From all the shops that I've gone to in Phoenix, Peoria, Mesa, Chandler, Flagstaff, Tolleson, Buckeye, and Tempe they have the best espresso tonic. Espresso tonics are very specific in their flavor pallette so it is not a drink for everyone but it's one of my favorites. Tonics can easily go flat when stored incorrectly so I'm happy this place doesn't let that happen. Union has fun seasonal menus and special drinks on holidays. They roast their own beans and also have some great pour overs and drip coffee. Their baristas are kind and even remember

Such a lovely coffee shop all around. It’s so hard to find good coffee in this state, but no need to look further, just come here. They roast their own coffee, have lots of options, and the staff are always friendly. My pour over was top notch!
