From all the shops that I've gone to in Phoenix, Peoria, Mesa, Chandler, Flagstaff, Tolleson, Buckeye, and Tempe they have the best espresso tonic. Espresso tonics are very specific in their flavor pallette so it is not a drink for everyone but it's one of my favorites. Tonics can easily go flat when stored incorrectly so I'm happy this place doesn't let that happen. Union has fun seasonal menus and special drinks on holidays. They roast their own beans and also have some great pour overs and drip coffee. Their baristas are kind and even remember
