THE WORST MCDONALDS I'VE EVER BEEN TO. Putting bunch of crushed oreo over soft ice cream is not called McFlurry. YOU MIX IT WITH THE MACHINE. Whoever made this joke, I hope you get treated the same everywhere you go.

The staff is rude and untrained. Any time I’ve asked a question “how long is the wait” I get horrible attitudes and negative responses such as “not long “ they close the window and walk away. It’s incredulously demeaning . The food is always fresh but ifs only because I’m always waiting for the food to come up with no prior notice . I’m black with my own business , the staff makes black people look bad . I’m disappointed because any job can become a come up. It depends on your attitude and work ethic.

The young black kid handing out drinks never said hello or greeted me, or confirmed what my drink was. He had a serious attitude problem and should not be working in customer service. All he said was move up to spot 1. I then waited over 20 minutes for my food and I counted and literally the ten cars behind me all got their food first. I want to report my very bad experience at this restaurant. The food was in very poor condition, cold, and tasted bad, which is already unacceptable for a place that is supposed to maintain basic quality standards. But what made the experience even worse was the condition of the restaurant itself. The place was dirty, poorly maintained, and lacked proper hygiene, which creates a terrible impression for any customer. However, the most upsetting part was the attitude of the management.
