After being ignored for 15 minutes, seen two other customers go ahead of me. I finally got my food. My fries were soggy and cold. My burger had absolutely no mustard no ketchup, and all of the chopped onions were between the two burgers Patties in massive amounts. This is gross and I just paid ten dollars for it. Do better McDonald’s I have added a photo of the Burger to show how sloppily put together it was and how nasty It actually looks together. If you’re going to continue to hire people who don’t give a shit about your business this is the product you’re going to keep putting out. Reach b

Open 24 hrs but you have cones blocking the drive thru at 3:20am and you are not accepting orders. I can see through the glass plane as day that you guys are screwing around in there and you can’t even go inside to order because lobby doors are closed. Whoever the manager is of this location needs to go school on how to run a proper business without 50% of your reviews being below a 3 star . If you settle for this type of service it shows who you truly are as a person and the pride you display within yourself. Just a shame.

My order is KS17. I ordered 1 mcRib meals and 1 McRib sandwich together with other items, and the ordered was completely processed. We picked up our orders, and went to my sisters house in Clermont but not knowing inside both of the McRib boxes, both of my sandwiches are placed 2 hamburgers buns with a dry patties and pickles. I tried to report this on McDonald app but cant find where to report. Don't buy McRib here! SEE PHOTOS! Do they both look like McRib photo from McDonald's app to you?? Ridiculous hamburger mcRib right? I am McRib Fan but not anymore after this.

It's a McDonald's that you encounter these days. I went inside this time to avoid the drive thru that consistently pulls you up even if it's for a smoothie. I saw a commercial for the Big Arch and decided to try it. Taste wise it's ok but my presentation was a major disappointment! Can't be slipping like this when your kingly rivals are stepping it up. Granted there is not one right there but for food looking like this I could stop at any of the places that are near you. . .
