There should be no reason for any drive thru to be this freaking slow. If you have a $75 order, SEND THEM TO A SPOT. Nobody wants to wait for that shit. Don't you have metrics you need to beat, does management just not give a shit about those things? 20 minutes to get my food as car after car pulled out of the line behind me, & then as I'm having my meal in my car in the lot I watch as more cars pull out of the line while the line stays stationary my entire meal. It was an amazing time there. i will love to comeback. food was really fresh. not saggy . Management handle my missed order and correct it immediately. Just wish the cinnamon twist a more cinnamon for my liking lol. Food again was great .

I was already planning on stopping coming to this Taco Bell and going to a different location because one of the guys who’s always at the drive thru window has awful customer service. He literally gives you a death stare and doesn’t say anything. Now I definitely wont come to this location A black hair was in my food. DISGUSTING. And no, it wasn’t my hair, considering that’s not even my hair color. Check the food better before handing it out. Unacceptable

The staff is completely rude. They did not get one thing on my order right through DoorDash. I went back there and got nothing but attitude from them. They talked disrespectfully to me and told me to take my food and leave. I got what I wanted and they’re lucky I made it with my attitude. Disgusting disgusting disgusting
