Trish ( store Manager) exceptional demeaner, excellent customer service oriented, team player , and great person to be around with . Additional visits , and reviews to follow . 5/22 back at home. I am extremely disappointed with the service we received. We placed an order about 40 minutes before closing. A time frame we typically avoid out of respect for staff, as my husband and I work in the food industry but we were having a very rough night and really needed a quick meal. When we arrived at the drive-thru, the employee on the speaker was incredibly rude. We were informed they were out of chicken. When we asked if they could substitute the two chicken quesadillas for steak or cheese quesadillas instead, she flatly refused. She told us they "couldn't" do a substitution for another ite

My husband had given me his order including what sauce he wanted. I had completely forgot about the sauce after I ordered. The woman who took my order, before telling me my payment, asked if I wanted any sauces. She was very helpful!

This is such a horrible place the employees are so rude. And talk crap about you in front on you. And they dont do your order right. And they continue to give you so much attitude. Very unprofessional. My order a steak and ground beef.
