Absolute incompetence. Order food with extra meat, which is grossly overpriced,, clearly see it’s one scoop, ask the dude at the front counter if that’s extra meat to have him reply “I don’t know, I didn’t make it.” Clearly. Can you ask the dude in the back? “Uhhhhh”….well, it wasn’t. Goes in back and talks inappropriately about the customer, apparently they remake it and he throws it on the counter after some smart ass comment. Cheese for chips isn’t even 1/3 full. These kids start out making $17/hour to be entitled, disrespectful and lazy brats. Our country is doomed.

This store has a person in the drivethrough lot taking order. The only reason for this is to make drive through times better. In reality it slows down customer service and the end product is trash. I will blast this location to everyone. It used to be great now it is garbage. Orders are wrong and the service sucks have to go back to get my order fixed. Waste of money and time

This is the worst taco bell I have ever to. I pulled up to the speaker to order, i can't hear what the headset is saying because the crew is goofing off inside. They forgot food items, got home and had to go back. When i pulled up, the line was long, food pretty much cold. I told them they forgot food items and two males with headsets blew up at me, made insults at me, refused to correct my order. Unreal. This place is a circus. I xannot believe a taco bell restaurant operates this way. The manager on duty even made excuses for the behavior (i have on video). Unreal! 100% contacting corpor

I just came through and spend 6.50 on a beef chalupa, and there was nothing inside it! For 6 dollars I would have liked more than bread! Very disappointing and don’t recommend waisting your money
