45 minutes after placing our order a waitress came up with her pen and pad to ask what we had ordered. Our order hadn’t been placed. I’ve never experienced worst customer service in the Rogers area and that’s disappointing because the food here is fantastic. Unless they fix their customer service issues, we will not be back. The table next to ours even mentioned to the server that we were waiting before they arrived, and the server looked back but didn’t acknowledge us whatsoever. The weekend service is terrible. We popped in here for breakfast on Christmas Eve morning and had outstanding food. The breakfast egg and cheese sandwich was big amazin and so were the steak tacos and papusa (been, cheese and pork). Service came with a smile and everything zipped out fast, fresh and delish.

Tacos y Pupusas!! El Jazmin is one of the best “hole in the wall” restaurants in the area. Service was spectacular, the staff was attentive and gave great recommendations. Portions are a good size and prices are fair. The loca pupusa is yummy and HUGE! And the street tacos are delicious. Right off the highway!
