CasTony★45 minutes after placing our order a waitress came up with her pen and pad to ask what we had ordered. Our order hadn’t been placed. I’ve never experienced worst customer service in the Rogers area and that’s disappointing because the food here is fantastic. Unless they fix their customer service issues, we will not be back. The table next to ours even mentioned to the server that we were waiting before they arrived, and the server looked back but didn’t acknowledge us whatsoever. The weekend service is terrible.
