Ordered a bread bowl and unfortunately there was barely any soup in it. I kindly asked the manager if a little more could be added, but she explained that the portions are pre-portioned. Took my daughter here for a little lunch date the other day and we always love the food. To me being at Panera bread is cozy because I’ve been bringing my kids to Panera on special occasions for years. I enjoy seeing the groups of older ladies come in and spend time together. I would definitely be here more often if it wasn’t a little on the pricier side. But again the food is always great. The only thing I would change would be that I wish the fountain drinks came with the meals. It had been years since my husband and I last stopped to eat at any Panera Bread locations, and this visit reminded us why we need to come back more often. We placed our order using the self-service kiosk, and the process was quick and easy. We decided to dine in and enjoy the quiet atmosphere. Our food was prepared promptly, although it was starting to get busier. We ordered the broccoli cheddar soup, turkey sandwiches, and strawberry lemonade. Disappointed in my most recent experience at Panera. I ordered the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad, which apparently came with a side of flies. From the photos, you can see a wing and that it was about as big as an almond. It took everything in me to keep what I’d already eaten down… In addition to that, they’re still refusing to refund the order when all of it was thrown away! The quality just has not been the same the last couple of years. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again. Update: Finally received a refund after numerous complaints.
