I’m really disappointed with my recent experience here. This is the second time this has happened, and it’s becoming a pattern. I used the mobile ordering feature expecting convenience, but it ended up being the opposite. I waited in line for about 7 minutes, even though my order was already 12 minutes past the stated ready time. When I got to the window, they were just starting my drinks, and I had to wait even longer. What made it more frustrating was watching people in the regular drive-through order and receive their drinks before me. It’s clear mobile orders are not being prioritized,

I’ve been going to this location for some time now. It’s been good enough to return for coffee, today was pretty terrible. I ordered a dirty chai latte with coconut milk. It was terrible. I through it out after 2 sips. My kids got hot chocolate and they too said it was bad. The young lady was nice but also looked like she just rolled out of bed.

Trying to make BR my go-to place when I get coffee, but the systems in place are alienating to infrequent visitors like myself. Having to wait about 8 minutes in line just to find out that I pulled up to the wrong window. I'll admit that in the 6:30 AM lighting, It's hard to tell if there was any kind of signage indicating that this was the line just for mobile pickup, so I will accept some fault here. For me its just not worth going back. I hoped that BlackRock would be able to fill an impromptu need that arose in my day, but it wasn't convenient or quick.

Love love love these guys they are always so welcoming and make you feel like a friend or family member anytime they see you. 10000% recomended coming here especially if you run into Noah he's honestly the reason my husband and I have become regulars. The drinks are always amazing! Never had a single bad experience here like seriously 5 stars doesnt even give him enough justice.
