We popped by Fuji Rice Time for dinner and it was pretty good. We got the poke salad, gyoza, teriyaki beef, and crunchy spicy tuna roll. The poke salad was pretty nice, with a hint of acidity. I enjoyed the gyoza and it was fried quite nicely.

A fantastic experience! The lovely person with the incredible purple hair went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The sushi chefs honor the craft of traditional sushi. Also can we talk about how ADORABLE all of the decor is? It’s a shame I waited this long to visit. This is one of Salem’s treasures and absolutely the very best sushi in the area.

Great place for sushi. Went there with some friends, being my first time I thought it was great! The fish seemed fresh and delicious! I would definitely recommend the rolls and the sashimi!!
