Jason Guan★★★★We popped by Fuji Rice Time for dinner and it was pretty good. We got the poke salad, gyoza, teriyaki beef, and crunchy spicy tuna roll. The poke salad was pretty nice, with a hint of acidity. I enjoyed the gyoza and it was fried quite nicely.

Also can we talk about how ADORABLE all of the decor is? It’s a shame I waited this long to visit. This is one of Salem’s treasures and absolutely the very best sushi in the area.
