Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience here. The cafe was very dirty, and the coffee was honestly terrible. Maybe it’s okay if you just need a place to sit and work on your laptop, but because of the cleanliness, even that wasn’t comfortable. Definitely not worth the money for the coffee. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The coffee honestly wasn’t drinkable for us, so we asked if it could at least be replaced with tea — and they kindly changed it for us, which we appreciate. That’s actually the reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1.

I was disappointed with the service I had here yesterday, esp after tipping 20%. A woman with short hair and glasses was in particularly unhelpful. I came in with three kids - one in a pram. Ordered all of us drinks and cakes and was unable to take everything outside as they had run out of trays and were unable to provide me with one. Bearing in mind I had all the kids drinks and treats as well as my own and a 2 year old in a pram. Since they couldn't provide me with something to carry everything, or even the drinks, out at once with, it meant leaving the kids at one point which is not safe.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Peet’s Coffee since 2015, always receiving excellent service from the staff. However, my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. The cashier completely disregarded my order and even laughed at me when I asked about my coffee. A more professional employee, a white woman with glasses, eventually issued a refund. Despite this, the overly enthusiastic cashier continued to mock me for requesting a refund. To anyone reading this review, I strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere.
