Walked into Taco Bell at 8:12pm and there were 4 ladies working which I understand it gets busy but only one person acknowledged me and actually greeted me which made me feel good instead of walking out. Greeting a customer goes a long way. Keon-ee hopefully im spelling her name correctly was wonderful and took my order right away. She really has a great warm personality she should train other employees about multitasking.

I never walk into a fast food joint & expect to be greeted with a big warm genuine smile while they roll out the red carpet for me as I walk in. I don’t expect any kind of greeting, cause I’ve worked at fast food places in the past & they are hard, draining, constantly busy & constantly moving environments.
