Hubby and I had lunch here. We started with the bbq ranch deviled eggs. They were ok. He got a shrimp taco (was 80% tomatos) and tater tots (no seasoning) we split the crab cakes (good but cold) basmati rice Primavera (no taste whatsoever) corn salad (had a weird taste i couldn't put my finger on. Definitely didn't taste like street corn.) Our waitress was very friendly, attentive, and she put up with our indesiveness lol I think the check said her name was big red. Had the food been better the prices would've been great for the area.

We so enjoyed the whole experience at Dubs Pub! Our waitress was excellent. Friendly, funny, and shared some local information! It was early so not busy which was cool. We shared the pulled pork nachos and a beer. I will not forget those nachos! So good!

I believe that first impressions make or break one's expectations and experience. This establishment hit the mark. The atand services provided were great. The establishment was nicely laid out and had adequate seating arrangements. This is a sports bar so there were a lot of TVs playing different sports. The staff also accommodated customer requests to change channels as well. The service was als great. Arriving in town after couple of long flights, I was looking for something comforting, tasty and close. As it happens, this pub was literally across the street from my hotel. So I settled at the bar with a local brew described as winters warmer, not sure what that meant, but it was a medium weight ale with nice aromas and even texture. For food, I couldn't pass up the shrimp and grits, a specialty of the South. The grits were creamy and buttery and the shrimp was done just right.
