I haven’t even gotten my food yet and I’m already considering leaving. The restaurant is nearly empty, yet the service has been unbelievably slow and unpleasant. Our waiter, who is also the manager, didn’t take our drink orders for at least 20 minutes after we sat down. We still don’t have silverware, which is especially frustrating since I ordered a hot coffee and couldn’t even stir it. After waiting about 35 minutes, we finally placed our food order, only for the manager to read nearly every order back incorrectly. More than an hour to get our order and it was NOT busy. Way too long. Only got one drink refill in that whole hour. Had stuff to do. These meals are not that hard to prep, but I think they only had one cook.

Absolute worst meal and service I’ve ever had. The hashbrowns were not cooked at all the French toast was literally white bread not even cooked. The waitress was so terrible, did not check up on us at all, we wanted refills and never got them. On top of all that, The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. So sad honestly. I didn’t even eat my food.
