We ordered a baconator, spicy chicken sandwich and large fries. The burger was ok but the spicy chicken was definitely old and not fresh at all. Also my large fry was old and the size of a small!!! Picture included. I mean come on Wendy's do better.

Now I’ve been to this Wendy’s frequently throughout the years not so much the last couple years, but I went a couple weeks ago and everything was fine. Well I went today and food was decent and they gave me the wrong sauce. I opened one of them to dip my Tinder and I knew it was the wrong sauce because I don’t like hot stuff and I had asked for signature. I drove back through the drive-through to get the right sauce The gentleman at the drive-through window asked me what was the problem and I said the problem is you gave me the wrong sauce so he asked me for the sauce back that I had which I g

The worst. Not just Wendy's. The worst fast food place in the area. Typically slow service and usually rude. I went this evening and the young woman at the drive through window couldn't be bothered to say hello...or anything at all. She just stared at me with a pouting face like it was the worst thing in the world to be at work. When she handed me my order she didn't say thank you or have a nice day...nothing. This may not bother some people but I find it incredibly rude. Sadly, it is becoming all too common. We're paying more than ever for fast food and getting poorer and poorer

My wife and I are visiting Independence, Ohio. We are staying at the fabulous Red Roof Inn on Quarry Lane. We were out shopping , and became hungry for a good burger. My wife did a search , and found that the Wendy's dining room on Dockside Road is open till 10 p.m. The atmosphere of this Wendy's is remarkable.
