Not common amongst all PB locations but I love the drive thru. They're quick and efficient. You can pick up mobile orders from the drive thru as well. On top of the incredible service, you get a lade to order sandwich with as many add-ons and takeaways as you want. The ability customize is one of the biggest draws for me.

Ordered the new chicken ceasar salad stuffer and this is what they gave me, had one piece of lettuce at the bottom.Ridiculous. Its funny in a way because I did drive thru pick up and im sure they would NEVER give this to someone like that if I ate inside. Will never be back.

Everything here was great. I just wish the service was a tad better. I sat and waited at the counter for someone to take my order and my friend completed their entire order in the time it took.

Terrible quality and customer service. Just go to Wawa, where making avocado toast isn't as difficult for their employees. Edit: they did it again! I am recommending everyone I know to not visit this Panera EVER. Consistent Employee Incompetence = Management Incompetence
