Jay W.★★★★★Not common amongst all PB locations but I love the drive thru. They're quick and efficient. You can pick up mobile orders from the drive thru as well. On top of the incredible service, you get a lade to order sandwich with as many add-ons and takeaways as you want. The ability customize is one of the biggest draws for me.
Kelsi Graber★Ordered the new chicken ceasar salad stuffer and this is what they gave me, had one piece of lettuce at the bottom.Ridiculous. Its funny in a way because I did drive thru pick up and im sure they would NEVER give this to someone like that if I ate inside. Will never be back.

Strucky★Terrible quality and customer service. Just go to Wawa, where making avocado toast isn't as difficult for their employees. Edit: they did it again! I am recommending everyone I know to not visit this Panera EVER. Consistent Employee Incompetence = Management Incompetence
