I will always have good things to say about the Pho So 1 in Simi Valley. They are popular for a reason with how hard everyone works in turning tables, the quality of food and their low prices. Truly my favorite place to go regardless of the temperature outside. It’s an art with how fast the service is while still providing a welcoming and pleasant environment 🫶🏼.

Pho 1 in Simi Valley is the most authentic pho restaurant I have ever been in. Sometimes they will play Vietnam music on the background to add to the atmosphere. It feels just like being in Vietnam. The beef soup is rich with flavor, absolutely being brewed the right way. Order number 19 if you are the all beef kind of person. Remember you can ask for no onion or cilantro on the side whatever fits your appetite. I stopped in for the first time and ordered the beef phở, and it turned out to be one of the best bowls I’ve ever had. The portion was huge—there’s barely any difference between the small and the large, and the large is only about $1.50 more.
