I was so grateful this restaurant was here! I only had a few moments to find something to eat in my travels and my work associate was on a new diet and could only eat certain foods near by so I was drawn to the name alone!! A quaint burger stop that from the outside looks rather unassuming, but what lays within is the classic american burger joint. A clean, tidy, but cozy dining space with inviting warm light and even more inviting staff. Chassidy welcomed me into US Cafe Express, a restaurant I was curious about since I started shopping at the NDM next-door. The cafe (though I would more readily call it a diner) has a varied menu and I was not sure what to get. It's a great hidden spot to go for a lunch break on a workday or just a chill place to eat on the weekends. Service was top tier and fast. I came in with 4 - 5 people ahead of me, ordered to go and was in and out no problem. Their chicken tender / wings sauces are diverse and delicious. I got the atomic tender combo and was blown away by how flavorful the sauce was and it had the perfect amount of heat for me. I'm excited to try their spiciest sauce now (atomic was #2), albeit it is more expensive I can say it will be worth it.
