Very disappointing experience. I ordered a toasted sesame bagel with strawberry cream cheese, Snackin’ Bacon through drive-thru pickup. The bacon portion was extremely small and mostly tiny crumbles, and when I politely asked about it, the employee argued with me instead of resolving the issue professionally. After finally receiving more bacon, I checked my bagel and it had barely any cream cheese on it , and it was plain instead of strawberry. I’ve ordered these items before at multiple Dunkin locations and never received this level of quality or service.

I rarely go inside of the building, I always order from drive thru. I love the refreshers and my blended coffee beverages. Good customer service.

What I ordered vs what I got He said we don’t have the star donut. So I said okay replace it with a glaze and a powder donut.. What the heck is the chocolate thing? where is the powder donut? What about my strawberry sprinkled? Then the chat gonna offer me 500 points no refund me and stop playing in people faces.

8/23/24 around 9 pm: I asked for a less espresso shots, I was given more. I asked for less hot, I was given scalding hot. This all after stating my order twice and it being verbally confirmed. It felt as though the person taking the order or making the orders wants to punish any non standard orders by doing the exact opposite. Will NEVER be returning to this Dunkin again.
