Hours say they close at 10. Workers consistently close as early as possible to try and do as little work as possible (locking doors a full HOUR before closing; a seperate time telling me, a customer, that i was LATE to place an order even though they didnt close for another 40 minutes and were already trying to shut down the line). When they are actually doing a core part of their job and serving customers, their attitude is mild at best and downright dismissive and rude at worst. Business needs a revamp, this is pathetic.

Nice vibe. Convenient location. Decent pricing for serving amount. Very nice staff. Good customer service and cute backdrop. Delicious desserts.

Walked in and asked a simple question, “does your location participate in the sub club?“. The woman behind the counter just stared at me like I was stupid and I wasn’t speaking English and blatantly ignored me. It’s so ridiculous to waste my time like this, I imagine this is a private owned location because those are the only locations that I experienced such extreme attitude and rudeness.

Lost philosophy★

They just freestyling. They close whenever they feel...it says 10pm though.
