Tried the Smoked Brisket Hash at Bruncheonette and now I totally get why this place is such a Spokane favorite. The brisket was super tender and juicy, especially the fatty pieces that basically melted in my mouth. The smoked tomato sauce added so much flavor and tied everything together really well. The potatoes were crispy on the outside, soft inside, and the scrambled eggs on top when mixed with everything made everything taste even better. Went there the other day as a spur of the moment breakfast option for my birthday. We had to wait 30 minutes because it was really busy on a Sunday around 11 but that's to be expected. The food was so good that it was worth the wait. I mean you can't go wrong with carrot cake French toast. You really can't. The chicken biscuit was pretty baller too. Went home and immediately took a nap. 10/10 no notes.

This place was so good! Not sure why it took me so long to come here! I got the Passion fruit Mimosa which was DELICIOUS. The Brisket in the Brisket hash fell apart so nicely and I love that their potatoes medley has sweet potatoes as well as regular! I had to get the Bacon sticky bun for some breakfast sweetness and that is all I can think about now 🤤 The staff were all super sweet and very attentive. Absolutely will be back!

The service was great. They include a 16% gratuity on the bill which goes to all servers. You can give more than that which goes directly to your server. We thought the food was good not great. They had good dairy free options and gluten free as well. My wife got the chicken biscuits and gravy. She thought. the chicken was pretty good. The bun and gravy were ok.
