I’ve always enjoyed eating there I live around the corner from them. I usually meet an old friend & we alway order Philadelphia cheesesteak. In the past the sandwich’s have been excellent w/ lots of melted cheese slowly melting out of the meat. I recently ordered 2 sandwiches to go & was disappointed upon opening both orders because both sandwiches had NO CHEESE AT ALL! I called their phone and let them know my disappointment . Their manager was very fast with an apology & said I had 2 more orders no-charge. I thanked him. I picked up my replacement orders & when I opened up the boxes at home

My family and I came in for a birthday dinner recently and Gina took amazing care of us! We hadn’t been here in quite awhile, so it was nice to see the remodel, the restaurant looks really good now. Gina was very friendly, knew all the answers to the questions we had about the menu, and recommended the America’s 250th birthday drinks. The Lady Liberty was definitely my favorite! We shared a few of the amazing appetizers and ordered the Philly cheesesteak, Tampa Cuban, and the O’Brady Burger. Everything came out hot and tasted great. I was really hoping for this place to be a go to spot. I would go here for bingo each week. The food is not good at all. Every single time I order food I get something that is either missing and have to wait until my food is cold until I get the missing item after asking a few times for it. Or the food is under cooked and have to ask for it to be cooked more. The drinks are horrible. I keep coming every week for bingo but I make sure to eat before or after the event because I have been burned by the bad customer service or bad food that I've learned my lesson and not to eat here. They have a Saturday special with a burger, fries and 3 wings for 12.99. Burger was super yummy and they have multiple choices on sauces for the wings. Unfortunately our server was not that great. She kept forgetting things and didnt check on us. There were people constantly waiting at the door to be seated for awhile. I'm not sure if they were short staffed but it definitely impacted the experience.. also came here for the super bowl and tried the pulled pork mac n cheese. Absolutely amazing!! Must try!
